Washing my hair every other day has been life-changing! I never thought I could do it since I typically work out every morning before work, BUT then I discovered dry shampoo. I really like this brand because I think it smells nice and works great. My process is to spray it close to my scalp, massage it in, then brush my hair, and finally dry my hair with either the styling tool above or just my hair dryer. Then I style my hair as usual. I never thought I would say this, but I actually prefer my “2nd day hair” to what it’s like on the day I wash it!

These are a must try! I use these and my kids do too. They work really great and keep me from trying to pop my pimples. I know this is kind of gross, but it extracts all the yucky stuff very effectively. Let me know what you think.

This might be my favorite find ever. This is a must for me in every season. I suffer from dry lips in the winter and summer especially, so I use this every night for sure, but I also just use it throughout the day to keep my lips from being chapped. It comes in a variety of “flavors” and they are all really yummy!
